How to use: 

Step 1: Scoop Out the Balm

• Start with dry hands and a dry face. Take a small amount of the cleansing balm using the included spatula or your clean fingers. Usually, a dime-sized amount is enough to start with, but you can adjust based on your needs.

Step 2: Massage Onto Dry Skin

• Warm up the balm between your palms and then apply it to your dry face. Gently massage the balm onto your skin using circular motions. This helps to break down makeup, sunscreen, dirt, and other impurities.

Step 3: Emulsify with Water

• After massaging the balm onto your skin for about a minute or two, wet your hands with a bit of lukewarm water. Continue to massage your face with wet hands. The balm will emulsify, turning into a milky texture.

Step 4: Rinse Thoroughly

• Once the balm has emulsified and all areas of your face and neck have been covered, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. You should see all the makeup, sunscreen, and impurities being washed away, leaving your skin clean and refreshed.

Step 5: Optional Double Cleanse

• If you're doing a double cleanse (using a second cleanser after the balm), now is the time to follow up with your favorite water-based cleanser. This step ensures that any remaining residue is completely removed, leaving your skin perfectly clean.
